Motivating employees… to resource the world

It’s not easy taking a campaign conceived in a foreign language, then recreating it in another, all the while making sure it’s just as captivating as the original. It’s difficult… Linguistically, creatively and culturally.

Meaning, mood and moment should be captured in every version of
your marketing communications. A successful translation advertising campaign evokes the same emotion in whichever country it happens to be advertised; in every language.

This creative transcreation took the form of an engaging employee handbook, designed to inspire and motivate new employees of  French brand Veolia. Empowering them to ‘resource the world’.
